The central entity of Talon.One is the customer, and you will see how to create and update a Customer Profile and a Customer Session.

The first example is an eCommerce case, but Talon.One is not limited in functionality or flexibility to any industry or business model.

In addition to setting discounts and attributes, your campaigns can show messages to your customers, or call out to external 3rd party services with webhooks using templated request parameters and payloads.
