There are many factors that affect the price of car parts including dealership location, availability, shipping costs and limited batch production.
So, with this range of pricing variations that could affect parts, ECS Tuning needed a promotion software that would allow them to apply various dynamic discounts to individual items in a shopper’s cart, as well as allow simple coupon generation, customization, tracking and attribution for their marketers.

Solution
ECS Tuning wanted to incentivize sales with frequent 10% coupons and then offer more unique deals for special sales days.
Using cart item filters they could separate the more exclusive product IDs and brands that had to be excluded from discounts and only apply a coupon discount to valid items when customers spent over a certain amount.
The deals were displayed to using a number of automated messages triggered by customer interactions.
